　　陈文令的作品，对很多人来说也许是芳草地最让人过目不忘的：正门入口两个大旋转门中间袒胸露臂的猪小姐雕塑，长桥上、草地上和楼梯间嬉笑着的细长大红色男孩，还有LG2那个巨大的，被喷发到墙上的牛与人雕塑，抢眼又强烈，他到底想表达什么？

　　The conspicuous artwork of Chen Wenling are often considered amongst the most unforgettable for visitors of Parkview Green. The first impression is made from the moment you enter through the rotating doors with the scantily clad pig sculptures at the centre. On the long bridge, in the garden, and on the stairs, you will find bright red, skinny sculptures smiling at the crowd - observing us silently, with seeming mocking amusement. On LG2 you will see the massive bull sculpture, meant to represent Wall Street, ramming the fraudster, Bernie Madoff, into a wall. These are all quite dramatic and expressive works of art - but what are the artist's intentions behind their creation?

　　在AB座写字楼大堂和下沉花园有“红色记忆”系列的群像，这也是陈文令最令很多人印象深刻的一组作品，细细长长的男孩们，全身赤裸，强烈的颜色和极度夸张的形体动作，表达恐惧、喜悦、游戏和幻想等基本的主题，又好像是在一种临界状态的极度性表现，产生了很直接的视觉魅力。

　　Located in the Lobby of Tower AB and the outdoor garden, the group of sculptures named 'Red Memory' are arguably the most impressive ones among all of Chen Wenling's artwork. These slim boys are bright red coloured and butt naked. Together with exaggerated poses, they represent a series of fundamental themes of fear, joy, playfulness and fantasy while delineating expressions of extreme conditions. The visual impact is immediate and straightforward.

　　2003年起，他开始创作“幸福生活”系列雕塑，试图构筑一个讽世的猪人寓言。以一种喜剧的方式表现消费时代里肤浅的幸福，人性只剩下了动物性和快乐主义。“幸福生活”系列作品塑造的人物，一律猪头猪脑，每一个猪和人都似乎生活在没有过去和未来的快乐状况，他们努力使自己的日常可爱化、无痛苦化。

　　Since 2003, Chen Wenling has been working on a series of sculptures called 'Happy Life'. His intention was to create an ironic fable of pigs and humans. In a comic way, he depicted the superficial happiness in an era of consumerism in which human nature is overridden by animal instinct and hedonism. The characters of 'Happy Life' have been anthropomorphized into pigs who live in a state of happiness without past and future, and strive to make their daily lives sweet and painless.

　　陈文令的雕塑很有寓言性，表现了消费社会在中国形成后的精神群像，是反讽、是批判，对成长于中国极速发展一代中的他，更是很多的反省，与对观众的提醒。

　　The sculptures of Chen Wenling are rich in allegorical references. They represent the collective portraits of China's consumer society. Chen belongs to the generation that grew up during a period of rapid economic development. His art is not only works of satire and critique but also serves as a reminder and reflection for the audience.

艺术家简介

　　1969年生于中国福建泉州先后毕业于厦门工艺美术学院和中央美术学院现居中国北京，当代艺术家先后参加了一百五十多场国内外重要展览；

　　2015年获澳大利亚政府授予的中澳艺术大使称号；

　　2012年获得第七届AAC艺术中国年度影响力雕塑家前三甲；

　　2011年获澳大利亚佩斯国际海岸雕塑展公共艺术大奖等作品被中国美术馆、上海雕塑美术馆、上海多伦美术馆、韩国国立美术馆、美国休斯敦美术馆、丹麦国立美术馆等重要美术馆及机构收藏。

　　Born in 1969 in Quanzhou, Fujian Province, China;

　　Received Bachelor of Arts from the Sculpture Department of Xiamen Academy of Art and Design and Master of Fine Arts from the Central Academy of Fine Arts, Beijing, China;

　　Artist is now living and working in Beijing, China;

　　The artist has participated in more than 150 exhibitions worldwide;

　　2015,He received the honorary title "2015 China-Australia Art Ambassador";

　　2012,He was awarded the "7th AAC Art China Top Three Most Influential Sculptors" award;

　　2011,He received People's Choice Prize, the 7th Exhibition of Sculptures by the Sea, Perth, Australia;

　　Chen's sculptures have been displayed in several places, including National Art Museum of China, Shanghai Duolun Museum of Modern Art, National Gallery of Korea, Houston Museum of Fine Arts, USA,National Museum of Art Denmark.
